Ruling strikes down state law on ship pollution

This article is very interesting well did you know that ships also releases pollution and federal court were basically talking about this situation. in January 2007 they decided of what to do in this situation so the state law decided to tell people that drive the ships or a notice that they are required to use low-sulfur fuel in their auxiliary engines within 24 miles of the states coastline. another thins is that bunker fuel contains sulfur content as 27,000 parts per million. groups argued that supossely the patchwork of local and state regulation on freight ships was illegal under the federal clean air act. the court said that California need a waiver from the federal government to meet a standard which are federal standards. so in this article this basically talks about the issue they are arguing with ships because they also releases gas and harms the pollution as we already know we have too much resources that harms our pollution not only ships but also factories, automobiles and others. etc.. so now they are strie down the law of the ship pollution and what things could cause in the future...

i dont know if you know about this but Clinton has been loosing by Barack Obama so now she wants to revive her campaign because she basically lost about 10 times. so now as clinton wants to make her speak wisely and hopefully convince the people to vote on her and hopefully win on the election. the Clinton campaign no seems in peril. before january's caucuses in Iowa, Clinton succeeded in convincing people that she was prepare and being tough enough to become president. aslo everybody knew that she was qualified and most experienced and stronger than obama. Clinton has started using new phrase. she is basically in the solution business. hopefully Clinton starts realizing that it wont be easy against Obama but if she wins Texas and Ohio!The thing about this is will Clinton be a good president? the good thing in America that we have our democracy! so its the people's choice! and dont forget the sovereignty! "she is a strong leader and someone who shows compassion for people,and both of those are the important fact" that is what some people say and her campaign. this articel is mostly about Clinton's message to the people and showing or convincing people that she knows what she is doing! when she becomes president!! that is if she gets elected but she also has people against her and others that dont agree on her supports!

The First Amendment Freedom of speech etc.

The first amendment is one of the important one in the constitution because we get to have freedom to speak to our ideas, picking our own religion, assembly which is having the freedom to protest and gathering up and fight for what is right to our community. i believe that we are a lucky country that have equal rights because in other countries they don't accept this because they have their own opinion and their beliefs. the big issue is the religion because everyone has different religion in some ways and others don't agree with and start getting violence also discussing this and making it a big deal about this. however; the united states is a great country to accept and have democracy in our society is for the people and by the people. freedom of petition is being what you want to be in life. people get to do the right choice or the wrong one so the main point of this amendment is that you have freedom which i said that earlier but event though some people harms this amendment especially religion because some people don't agree on the one that you supposed to sacrifice. believe that every religion has different theory but no matter what they still believe in their god. reviewing back to history people were getting beat up or thrown in jail for speaking up or giving their ideas or opinion abut a conflict and telling the government. in conclusion we have freedom of speech and other rights which is good in america.

As we all know today in the United States there are selecting new president to run the country. as we all know there are the two main parties which are the democrat and republican, the candidate are Hillary clinton, and Obama. these two are the ones that are heard in the democrat. as for the republican is john Mc Cain and others candidate that want to run in the office. John McCain also made a speech to vote for him! and showing people how he is different and the action he makes.
